The Certified Rural Economic Dignity Practitioner™ program is a four-module professional certification that equips credit union and rural finance leaders with the tools, language, and strategies needed to serve rural communities with dignity, trust, and cultural intelligence.
Drawing on real-world rural financial dynamics, trauma-informed member engagement, and the Economic Dignity Framework™, this program helps leaders strengthen member relationships, improve loan performance, and design solutions that reflect the economic realities of rural life.

Instructor
Dr. Jade Singleton is an organizational culture expert and finance leader who has served as Interim CEO of Halifax County Community Federal Credit Union, where she led major rural finance and digital transformation efforts. Prior to her work in rural development, she held senior roles in business resiliency at Freddie Mac and asset management at Fannie Mae.
She has advised NASA, Amazon, and Uber Europe, and her doctoral research on psychological safety and workplace gaslighting informs her practical, human-centered approach to rebuilding trust and dignity in rural financial ecosystems.
