Alan Singleton brings 25 years of Marine Corps leadership experience to real estate development and economic advisory work. As the lead U.S. Marine Corps Representative for U.S. Forces–Afghanistan, he managed a $19M+ annual operational budget supporting high-level Joint Visitor and Key Leader Engagement missions—overseeing transportation, security, communications, lodging, and interagency coordination for more than 50 senior U.S. and NATO delegations. His systems-driven approach ensured flawless mission execution in one of the world’s most complex environments.

A multi-family property owner in Baltimore and a real estate developer in Nigeria, Alan combines hands-on investment experience with strategic planning and financial oversight to help unlock capital for underserved markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development, a Master of Military Studies, and is completing a Doctorate of Public Administration. Finance strategist with 20 years of global finance, asset management, and executive communications experience, advising strategic people initiatives, concepts, and frameworks at NASA, Amazon, Uber Europe, and the United Nations. Dr. Singleton began her career in the multifamily divisions of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, where she led fintech communications, servicer relationship management, and served as a Business Resiliency Officer. She specializes in financial structuring, capital sourcing, and development finance advisory—connecting institutions, developers, and funding partners to move complex projects forward. Her work includes originating and coordinating multi-million-dollar capital opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and guiding projects from concept to investment-ready clarity.
